National HMO Network AGM 2008
The 2008 AGM was held as part of the conference hosted by Liverpool City Council on 16th May 2008.
The Treasurer’s annual report was presented and a slightly amended Constitution was voted upon and supported by the membership.
There were no nominations for additional people to join the Steering Group and the existing Steering Group will remain until the 2009 AGM.
After being on the Steering Group for 9 years, Debbie Ricketts stood down from the group. Debbie, Manager of the Landlord Services and Service Development team for the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham, has been the Conference Co-ordinator since 2000 and has liaised with local authorities hosting our conferences since that time. Her enthusiasm for the work will be missed and the Steering Group wishes her well in her new ventures and continued work with the West London HMO group.
Bill Page will now be the Conference Co-ordinator.
